Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales, promotions, or holidays due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays or customs inspections.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most locations within US and Canada and selected international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at staygildedglow@gmail.com for assistance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Gilded Glow Beauty is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply to your order. All charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at staygildedglow@gmail.com. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Gilded Glow Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
